What you need

Every clinic meets the same requirements, whichever option it chooses. Payment alone doesn’t get a clinic listed, and a clinic that stops meeting a requirement comes off the site.

All clinics

  • An active license for each dentist named on your profile. We check it with the licensing authority.
  • Accurate information that you provide and approve before it goes live.
  • Claims that follow dental advertising rules: no superlatives, no guarantees, no comparisons with other clinics and no promises about results.
  • A specialty title only where the dentist holds a recognized specialty, such as orthodontics.

Clinics that treat patients from abroad

  • Authorization from your health ministry where your country requires it. In Türkiye, that’s the Ministry of Health authorization for international health tourism.
  • A written aftercare policy in English. It explains your follow-up care, how you handle complications and how patients can complain.

  3. Approve your profile

    We prepare your profile from the information you give us. You review it and approve it.

  4. Go live

    Your profile appears on Vwellny and patients can contact you.

We’ll send plan details with our reply.

We reply within 5 business days. All fields are required unless they say optional. You can also apply by email at contactvwellny@gmail.com. If we already show a profile for your practice, use this form to claim it.
